Ana Luisa is seeking a refined and results-driven Stylist to deliver an exceptional, client-focused retail experience. This role is central to the brand’s in-store presence—blending sales performance, storytelling, and elevated service to create meaningful, lasting client relationships.
The Role
- Deliver a personalized, high-touch client experience that reflects the brand’s elevated service standards
- Drive individual and team sales performance, consistently exceeding targets and KPIs
- Bring the collection to life through thoughtful styling and product storytelling
- Cultivate lasting client relationships to build loyalty and repeat business
- Contribute to in-store events and brand activations that enhance visibility and community
- Maintain impeccable visual standards and a polished, inviting sales floor
- Execute transactions, client requests, and daily operations with precision and care
Profile
- Experience in retail, preferably within jewelry or luxury
- Strong sales acumen with a client-first mindset
- Polished communication and an intuitive sense of style
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and performance-driven
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Open availability required on Fri/Sat/Sun and two 4 hour shifts Mon-Thurs
Compensation & Benefits
$18–$20/hour
