About the job

For our Cluj office (or fully remote), we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Downstream Supply Chain Planner to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize our downstream supply chain operations, ensuring that we meet customer demand efficiently while minimizing waste and costs. This position plays a critical role in our organization's success by collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve overall supply chain performance.

 

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Downstream Channel Replenishment 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
  • Analyze sales order data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to optimize downstream operations.
  • Preorder Process Coordination 
  • Monitor products at risk of going out of stock and inform relevant multichannel cross-functional teams.
  • Manage preorder reporting and ensure alignment across all channels.
  • ERP Material Master Data Maintenance 
  • Administer and ensure the accuracy of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) material master data.
  • Review product master data to identify and address issues such as duplicate records, missing values, or inconsistent data formats.
  • Provide essential support to other teams (Multichannel, Finance, Reporting, etc.) as well as for future integration projects.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2-5 years of experience in supply chain planning or a related field.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to use various technologies to gather data, analyze it, and forecast inventory levels.
  • Ability to be flexible and agile when facing changes or unexpected challenges.
  • Skill in managing conflicts across different areas to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Capability to function as a team player and contribute positively to group efforts.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, developing tools and methods to overcome challenges.
  • Demonstrate transparency and strong ethical principles in all actions.
  • Bring enthusiasm and a can-do attitude to the workplace.
  • Consistently meet deadlines and deliver quality work.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
