About the job
The Social Media & Public Relations Specialist will play a strategic role across Organic Social Media, PR, and Affiliate Marketing. This person will lead end-to-end social execution, creator partnerships, press outreach, and affiliate campaigns. From analyzing data and briefing creative to pitching editors and optimizing performance, this role will drive awareness, engagement, and meaningful traffic across channels.

Key Responsibilities
PR & Affiliate Marketing
- Lead press outreach from ideation to pitching to follow-up, building meaningful relationships with editors.
- Develop and deliver regular newsworthy pitches aligned with launches, cultural moments, trends, and brand storytelling.
- Manage the affiliate platform, including partner onboarding, reporting, and ongoing program optimization.
- Own PR and affiliate reporting—tracking KPIs, analyzing performance trends, and delivering insights and recommendations aligned to channel targets.
Organic Social Media
- Own the end-to-end social content calendar across platforms, aligning content with launches, campaigns, sales, and the broader marketing roadmap.
- Develop social briefs for copy and design and collaborate with the creative team on storytelling and visuals.
- Own social media reporting—tracking KPIs, analyzing performance trends, and delivering insights and recommendations aligned to channel targets.
- Monitor social trends and competitor activity to inform testing and innovation.
- Manage communication, negotiations, and deliverables with external content creator partners—ensuring brand alignment and timely execution.
- Own reporting and analysis of creator performance—tracking KPIs, evaluating content effectiveness, and sharing recommendations to optimize future partnerships.
What You’ll Bring - 2–3 years of experience in social media, PR, marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills—non-negotiable.
- Strong understanding of earned media strategy, pitching best practices, and affiliate program management.
- Experience with social content creation, channel strategy, and platform analytics, with the ability to translate data and KPIs into actionable insights.
- A data-driven mindset with comfort owning regular reporting to inform decisions and optimize performance.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, brief creative partners, negotiate contracts, and present insights clearly.
- A proactive, fast-learning mindset with curiosity for testing new ideas, adopting new tools quickly, and optimizing workflows.
