Ana Luisa is a Brooklyn-based e-commerce jewelry brand with a simple, but clear-cut idea that high-quality jewelry shouldn't cost the planet. We believe that how we create our pieces matters just as much as why people wear them, and that luxury shouldn't be defined so narrowly and designed for so few. We design, craft, and deliver exceptional everyday pieces for everyone, priced fairly and produced ethically to create a positive impact for both people and the planet.

About the job:

For our Cluj (Romania) office, we are looking for a highly skilled Supply Planning Specialist (temporary) with a strong background in working in supply planning multichannel environments. The ideal candidate will turn complex data into actionable supply‑chain strategies and enjoy partnering with diverse teams to deliver tangible results.

What you’ll be responsible for:

1. Inventory & Fulfilment Optimization

  • Amazon FBA – Own end‑to‑end inventory flow to Amazon, balancing stock levels to prevent both stock‑outs and excess, while keeping costs low and product availability high.
  • Retail & Packaging – Manage finished goods, welding supplies, and packaging inventory across retail locations, ensuring on‑time replenishment and high in‑stock rates.
  • Out of Stock -  Monitor and report

2. Demand Forecasting & Data‑Driven Reporting

  • Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts (MAPE‑focused) for all product families, translating them into actionable replenishment plans.
  • Deliver scheduled and ad‑hoc reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as in‑stock rate, inventory turnover, and forecast accuracy, guaranteeing on‑time delivery and clear, actionable insights.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes through automation and SOP enhancements, tracking reporting‑automation rates and stakeholder satisfaction.

3. Master‑Data Governance & Process Automation

  • Ensure product master data is complete, consistent, and up‑to‑date across all systems, supporting downstream planning and analytics.
  • Lead initiatives that automate manual master‑data tasks, reducing effort and error rates while documenting compliance through regular audits.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams (CRUSH, Marketing, Merchandising, Ops) to identify and implement process improvements that boost data integrity and overall supply‑chain efficiency.

What you'll bring:

  • Supply‑Chain Expertise: Proven experience in downstream planning, inventory optimisation, and demand forecasting—preferably within e‑commerce (Amazon) and retail environments.
  • Analytical Rigor: Strong quantitative skills; comfortable working with KPI dashboards, MAPE calculations, and data‑integrity checks. Experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Ability to influence and coordinate with diverse stakeholders (operations, merchandising, marketing, logistics) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Process‑Automation Mindset: Track record of identifying manual bottlenecks and delivering automated solutions that reduce effort and improve accuracy.
  • Ownership & Accountability: Demonstrated ownership of high‑impact outcomes, with a focus on delivering measurable business impact (high‑impact KPI improvements).
  • Communication Skills: Clear, concise written and verbal communication for reporting, stakeholder updates, and documentation of SOPs.

Why You’ll Love The Role

  • High Impact: Your work directly shapes product availability, cost efficiency, and the reliability of data that guides strategic decisions across the company.
  • You’ll be at the forefront of automating master‑data processes and pioneering forecasting techniques, with ample room to experiment and implement new ideas.
  • Collaborative Culture: Work alongside passionate teams where your insights are valued and your initiatives receive strong executive backing.
  • Growth Focused Environment: Balancing Amazon FBA, retail distribution, and packaging transitions keeps each day varied and intellectually stimulating.

  • Health Insurance and Wellness: Employer-paid health plan (Regina Maria), Gym subscription paid by the company (7 Card)
  • Vacation and Time Off: 21-30 days of paid PTO/ year
