As we expand our multi-channel distribution and work towards exciting milestones, we’re seeking a Wholesale Support Manager, Wholesale to lead key Support functions, ensuring great proactive support for our wholesale expansion.
About the job
The Wholesale Support Manager will manage all aspects of wholesale account onboarding and customer service for Digital Assets Inc.'s wholesale customers. This role will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing product inquiries, managing order changes, and resolving concerns efficiently. Additionally, the manager will focus on optimizing wholesale sales processes, overseeing CRM management, and analyzing sales data. This position will play a key role in integrating Wholesale Sales Support Operations into company-wide omnichannel fulfillment processes and cross-functional team collaboration.
This role will report directly to our VP of Wholesale. It is a remote role, but travel will be required.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Wholesale Customer Support Operations: Lead cross-functional efforts to build and manage wholesale customer support processes. Act as the primary liaison between Sales and Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Order Management & Processing: Oversee the entire wholesale order cycle from onboarding through fulfillment, including customer set-up, purchase order monitoring, and resolving any delivery issues.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain and update accurate customer data in the CRM system.
- Trade Show & Event Support: Support the execution of trade shows and wholesale events by assisting with setup, customer engagement, and post-event follow-up.
- EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Support: Aid in implementing EDI integrations.
- Customer Account Management: Manage onboarding of new wholesale customers, ensuring agreements, financials, and EDI setup are completed accurately. Provide ongoing customer support.
- Travel Required.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of experience in wholesale operations, customer account management, and sales support.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and EDI processes, with a focus on data management and reporting.
- Experience managing trade shows and customer onboarding in a wholesale environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first approach.
- Analytical mindset with experience in generating sales insights and improving customer satisfaction.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
