About the Role

Ana Luisa is seeking a highly organized and relationship-driven Retail Recruiter to support the growth and staffing needs of our retail organization. This role will own the full recruitment lifecycle for retail positions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while partnering closely with store leadership and the People Team to attract and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for retail positions including Stylists, Keyholders, Assistant Store Managers, and Store Managers.
  • Post and maintain job openings across all approved recruiting platforms.
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess qualifications against role requirements.

Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers across multiple locations.
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure candidates receive timely updates and next steps.
  • Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience from application through offer stage.
  • Maintain candidate response times within established service-level expectations.

Offer Management & Hiring Administration

  • Conduct reference checks for final candidates.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters in partnership with the People Team.
  • Track offer acceptance and maintain accurate hiring records.
  • Transition accepted candidates to the HR team for onboarding and new hire processing.

Recruiting Operations

  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure timely dispositioning of candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, and hiring progress.
  • Provide regular recruiting updates to hiring managers and People leadership.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within retail, hospitality, consumer brands, or multi-location environments.
  • Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting for retail leadership positions.
  • Experience supporting new store openings or high-volume hiring initiatives.
  • Familiarity with multi-state hiring practices.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-Time: 20–29 hours per week
  • Flexible scheduling with availability during standard business hours
  • Compensation Range: $32–$35 per hour, commensurate with experience
