The ideal candidate will have strong connections within the retail industry and a proven track record in high-volume recruiting, particularly in the fashion and jewelry sectors.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Partner with HR and Retail teams to understand staffing needs and implement effective recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various retail positions, including Store Managers, Sales Associates, and Customer Service roles.
- Leverage industry connections to attract top talent quickly and efficiently.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with store leadership to tailor the recruitment process to meet specific role requirements.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to HR and Retail teams.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 4 years of experience in retail recruiting, with a focus on high-volume environments
- Experience in fashion and jewelry is a plus.
- Extensive network within the retail industry.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring for retail roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Available to start immediately and commit to a 3-4 month contract.
